As an Early Childhood Educator, I believe every child has great potential and is eager to learn. As their teacher, I am convinced that learning happens through child-based play, whether in a safe, stimulating classroom environment or through engaging outdoor activities. I believe teachers are role models for the children, their parents, and the greater community, and their best quality is kindness as they guide children through their early years.

Khampirada worked at Wat Thai of Los Angeles in California from 2024 to 2025, teaching Thai language and culture to Thai-American children as a kindergarten teacher. She also completed a five-month teaching placement in a special needs classroom at KUS. She has the skills to support children with diverse needs.

Teaching is an opportunity to help children feel confident, curious and excited about learning. I believe every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, valued and supported in the classroom. I aim to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children learn through play, exploration and meaningful hands-on experiences. By encouraging creativity, independence and positive relationships, I hope to support each child’s individual development and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

Teaching, for me, is about creating a classroom that children are excited to walk into every morning. I want every child to feel safe, valued, and confident enough to ask questions, take risks, make mistakes, and celebrate their successes. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, creativity, movement, and meaningful hands-on experiences.

My goal is to inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and help every child develop the confidence to become a lifelong learner. Having taught in Spain, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, and now Thailand, I value the importance of strong relationships with children and their families. I believe education is a partnership, and together we can help every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

My decision to pursue teaching as a career is in part due to my desire to make a positive impact on kids’ lives. Teaching is a highly rewarding profession. I believe that all children are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education. Every classroom has its own unique community. My role as the teacher will be to assist each child in developing their own potential and learning styles. I aspire to create a learning environment that supports children as they discover and explore new ideas in a safe and welcoming classroom environment.

Drawing from my experience as a kindergarten teaching intern and a childcare assistant teacher, I bring patience and effective communication to our classroom. I am committed to designing positive experiences that help young children build confidence, discover their independence, and grow happily.

I am a dedicated educator committed to fostering holistic student development, holding a Bachelor of Education in Science. I specialize in designing learning environments that empower children to become independent thinkers who can analyze problems step-by-step. Additionally, I actively nurture essential life skills, helping students recognize and regulate their emotions while building the confidence to communicate their needs constructively. My ultimate goal is to shape capable, self-reliant citizens for the future.

I love my role because it allows me to connect families and highlight the benefit of early childhood learning in natural settings. Our unique approach blends academic excellence with outdoor exploration, providing an education that fosters creativity, independence, and a love for learning.
